Whenever on-site service or repair work needs to be done, a Procurement Work Sheet (PWS) must be completed, and possibly an IWS, authorized and released.
PWS is required for service work even if there are no apparent hazards.
PWS is required for work in the Jupiter Laser Facility even if you have a PWS for service/repairs in another location.
To complete a PWS for service work in the Jupiter Laser Facility, please contact Christopher Hint (2-6923).
Notify stuart3 [at] llnl.gov (Brent Stuart) and johnson330 [at] llnl.gov (Elaine Johnson) whenever you bring a visitor to inspect, service, or repair equipment in the Jupiter Laser Facility.
